Chalet Oliquin - The Property
The building has a 4 bedroom, 3 bath/showerroom Chalet (for 8 persons) and 2 room & 1 shower room
Appartment (for 4 persons). They can be seperate or can be joined to make 6 good bedrooms (12 persons) and 4 bathrooms.
There is a ski rack next to the front door to the Chalet, and the boot
& ski room (boot drier) is down the steps to the front of the property.
These are shared with the Chalet and Appartment.
We hope that you will find the property spotless on arrival and the little welcome refreshment and bathroom packs will help add to your enjoyment. Rentals include bedlinen and towels.
You can shop for food and drink on line at Migros (www.shop.ch), and they will deliver, and you can also stock up at the Co-Op, and they also have a delivery system for your benefit. Both shops are in Verbier. The Co-Op is a 10 minute walk, and you can hop on a frequent free village bus as well.
The property is non-smoking only, children are welcome, pets not allowed and it is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
Whilst the home is cleaned before your arrival and when you leave, we respectively ask that on departure you leave our place clean.
We describe the Chalet and Appartment below:-
The Chalet occupies all 3 floors. You enter on the middle floor via the porch and into the large wooden floored sitting/dining room which is open plan. The chimney fireplace, comfy sofas, games 'zone' and dining area combine to make a very warm, relaxing & comfortable family room. CD, DVD, TV, Cable & WiFi are all available.
There are double doors onto the south facing balcony and terrace with breathtaking
views (click
here for images). It is inspirational and makes for a great spot all day whether for the morning espresso, afternoon sunbathing, or the evening sundowner.
The kitchen (oven, hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, auto espresso machine, terrace access) is off the dining area and is well equipped for the 'chef of the day'.
Upstairs is the master twin bedded room with en suite jacuzzi bathroom and private south facing balcony. On the same floor is a smaller 2 single bed room with private shower room. One of the beds in this room will fold underneath the other bed (guest bed style) and therefore can very easily be adapted to include only one single bed or put up a cot.
Downstairs has two good size bedrooms (one twin, one double) with a shared bath & shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace and garden and have built in wardrobes.
WiFi access is available in all rooms and cable TV is connected on site.
Appartment Boxé
On the ground floor (downstairs) is the appartment which is joined to the Chalet. There is direct and seperate access to the appartment into the sitting room with
two single sofa beds, wardrobe and small kitchenette. This leads into a small cloakroom and seperate shower room to the left. To the right is another room with a good sized bunk bed, wardrobe and shaft window.

Downstairs there is access from the Chalet to the Appartment, which is locked when properties are rented seperately.
Clients can use the appartment as a childrens zone! Or as two more bedrooms and shower room.
